1. Cancellation after Processing: Once an order has been processed, the company cannot accept any cancellation requests.
2. Cancellation Entitlement: If an order is cancelled according to the terms and conditions, the customer will only receive store credit as compensation.
3. Right to Accept or Reject Cancellation Requests: The company reserves the right to accept or reject any cancellation requests, as stated in the terms and conditions.
4. Cancellation Window: Typically, if a cancellation notice is received within 24 hours of placing the order, the company may cancel the order and refund the entire amount.
5. Refund Process: If the order is successfully cancelled, the amount paid by the customer will be reversed to their account within 5 to 7 working days after providing bank account details for the reversal. No cash refunds are processed under any circumstances.
