5. **RTO Charges**: Sellers must follow terms and conditions regarding Return to Origin charges for specific situations like damaged or wrong items.
6. **Delivery and Shipping**: Sellers are responsible for shipping products securely and providing accurate shipping information.
7. **Prohibited Activities**: Sellers must not engage in illegal activities or activities that harm the platform's reputation.
8. **Termination of Seller Account**: Multiple account creation or use of automated tools is prohibited, and violating this may lead to account termination.
9. **Changes to Policy**: The platform may update the policy and sellers are required to review and comply with the updated version.
10. **Data Privacy and Confidentiality**: Sellers must protect user information and use it only for fulfilling obligations under the policy.
11. **Intellectual Property**: Sellers must respect intellectual property rights and not infringe upon them.
12. **Dispute Resolution**: Disputes should be resolved amicably or submitted to the platform for resolution.
13. **Governing Law and Jurisdiction**: The policy is governed by relevant laws.
14. **Seller Reviews and Ratings**: Sellers are encouraged to maintain high customer satisfaction, and the platform reserves the right to remove fraudulent or misleading reviews.
