Return, Refund and Exchange Policy


This return and exchange policy outlines the terms and conditions for customers wishing to return or exchange products purchased from the company:

  • Timeframe for Returns and Exchanges: Customers have a 1-day window from the day the order is delivered by the delivery executive to initiate a return or exchange.
  • Exchange Limitation: Exchanges are only permitted for the same products in a different size, or colour.
  • Initiation Timeframe: Returns must be initiated within 24 hours of receiving the product.
  • Reason for Return: Customers are required to provide a reason for the return when initiating the process.
  • Refund Method: Refunds will be transferred to the customer's vault.
  • Exclusion of Customized Products: Customized products are not eligible for return or exchange.
  • Original Tags Requirement: Products must retain their original tags to be accepted for return or exchange.
  • Exclusion of Items Without Tags: Items without tags will not be accepted for return or exchange.
  • Sale Items Policy: Sale items are non-refundable.
  • Replacement for Defective or Damaged Items: The company will only replace items if they are defective or damaged upon receipt. While unboxing the product click a video as a proof.
  • Shipping Charges Responsibility: Customers are responsible for covering the charges for sending the product back to the company in case of return or exchange.
  • Notification Process: The company will notify customers upon receiving and inspecting the return, informing them of any defects or damages found.
  • Refund Approval Process: Customers will receive an email notifying them of the approval or rejection of their refund after the return is received and inspected.
  • Communication Channels: Customers who have completed the return process and have not received their refund can contact the company via email or customer care phone for assistance.
  • Return Process: Once your request is received and approved, we will proceed with processing the refund to your original method of payment. Please allow 1 to 3 business days for the refund to reflect in your account, depending on your payment provider's processing time.


Reasons of Return:


Size/fit issues: The garment doesn't fit properly or is not the size expected.
Colour: The colour of the garment doesn't match what was shown online or in-store.
Quality: The quality of the material or craftsmanship is not up to expectations.
Damage: The garment arrived damaged or became damaged shortly after purchase.
Misrepresentation: The item doesn't match its description or images provided.
Duplicate: Accidentally ordered the same item multiple times.

This policy aims to provide clarity and transparency regarding the company's procedures for returns and exchanges, ensuring a smooth experience for customers while maintaining fairness and accountability in the process.
